Steady nanocapillary flow: Micropolar approach vs classical models

The peculiarities of nanocapillary flows are studied in the framework Newtonian and micropolar fluid models. classical problem a steady flow driven by constant pressure gradient is formulated for cylindrical with radius much smaller than its length. All possible boundary conditions (slip, no-slip, stick-slip) exploited model fluid, two alternative value problems (hyper-stick no-slip nonzero spin) considered model. Parametric studies analytical solutions fulfilled. rate calculated compared experimental data known literature. Real material constants water used analysis.
